Our story
Why "Starlight"
For centuries, sailors entering Victoria Harbour found their way by the stars. We liked that idea: a fixed point you can trust while everything around you moves. Overseas property moves fast — prices, rules, exchange rates. Our job is to be the fixed point, especially when the home you're buying is two flights away.
Starlight was registered in Central, Hong Kong in June 2026 by a small group of advisers who had spent — between them — more than fifteen years placing Hong Kong and international buyers into overseas property: first Thailand's resort coasts, then Dubai's freehold zones. We kept what worked: the data, the local partners, the discipline. We dropped what didn't: the sales quotas, the hand-offs, the pressure to close you fast.
The result is deliberately small. A handful of briefs per adviser at any time, so every client gets the person they met on day one — from first call to keys.
